[gentoo-catalyst] cdroot boot option

Hi,

Does anyone know what the "cdroot" argument affects, other then the  
linuxrc in the livecd?

I thought the boot args were sent directly to the /linuxrc, but I've  
modified catalyst, the linuxrc and the initrd.scripts to use a  
different variable (don't ask me why for now :P).

Yet, when I boot the cd without 'cdroot' it doesn't load the cd  
correctly while it does *with* 'cdroot', which isn't read by my  
/linuxrc..
