Personally, if a "bug" is not filed to bugzilla, it is usually because the forums poster is asking for help from the other forums users. If they need to seek developer involvement, then they should post a bug to bugzilla. As for problems being fixed in the forums, I'm not really sure what should be done. I know that most of us do not browse the forums.
