Every now and then, I run across something in the forums where it
strikes me that this is a real problem with a package that I maintain
that has been going on for days, weeks, even months, and I had no clue
about it. I usually post a message telling the person to file a bug,
but there definitely could be some gain from having a few people
essentially checking help requests and seeing if it really is something
that requires developer involvement.
