As already explained in <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, I 
wanted to modify it to respond on /msg requests and I've already 
implemented this.
Simply try: 

/msg Basc-Bot @help file   or
/msg Basc-Bot @help basc

As also already explained, the bot will not join these two channels 
(#gentoo and #gentoo.de) to safe the privacy of the users, except one of 
the channel-demigods requests him. And then only after several 
announcements and a appropriate text in the topic or entrymsg.
