Ah, in that case you should know that our tentative bylaws are very
slight modifications of the Python Software Foundation and Apache
Foundation bylaws, and both organizations involved a number of lawyers
in the process.  Once we settle on bylaws of our own, we'll also ask
our lawyers to go over them.
