I'd say sys-auth (standing for "System authentication and
authorization"), as then all packages dealing with NSS can be moved as
well:
sys-libs/libnss-mysql
sys-libs/libnss-pgsql
sys-libs/nss-db
sys-libs/nss-mysql
net-libs/nss_ldap
