As a user, please dont do that.  Fragmentation by splitting packages up
is getting ridiculous.  Yes, use a USE flag, but dont make it harder for
users to find, build and install.

My personal opinion is that whilst things like modular X are good for
developers, they are not so good for users - particularly gentoo users.
