Compared to the cost of causing yet more arch breakage, which takes huge amounts of time to fix and leads to far more problems, I'd say X and Y should be something like one billion and three billion respectively, except in those rare cases where Z is genuinely significant. Really, I'd like to see some genuine examples of cases where people think they have a legitimate value of Z... -- Ciaran McCreesh
