The masks are sort of announcements as you have 30 days to revert that
decision. Users who have that package installed, will get the message
after the emerge --sync && emerge -uDN world cycle. If they sync less
often (say once every 2 months) and not following any ML, then what
can I do? The process for rescuing a package is documented here[1] and
it takes about 15'' of google searching to find it.
