Yes, you can.
I did not try to push eudev out from the users systems, or from the
tree, in any backdoored fashion, nor I ever will.
My full intention has always been to inform eudev maintainers if there
will be changes that will require them to take action,
and I believe I did it this time, and have done so, many times before this.
If you believed something like that was going on, I surely understand
where you have been coming from the whole time,
let me just assure you that was not it.
