Try rmerge. It's absolutely new, nearly untested and thus dangerous. Create a rootfs with baselayout and then use use rmerge this way: ROOT="/rootfs/" rmerge <packet> -options http://arcanux.org/rmerge Read the comments inside the script to understand what it does.
