xv, or sdl should be disabled anyway. Those are only needed for

add those you need") is the best way to go.

Thanks Jonas. This hasn't been much of an issue in the past, but with the addition of so many new use flags, I think this is a very good idea. I set this server up over a year and a half ago and many things have changed since then.
