I recommend godaddy. They are cheep and efficient, I have never had any
problems with them and have used them both as my primary DNS server as
well as just a registrar for my domains. I have been very happy with
them for almost 8 years now.

One, thing though... not really impressed by their webmail but it is
good if you have nothing else in your own infrastructure.
