[gentoo-user] More dev-perl/ modules...

I recently manually added (no ebiulds existed) the some additional CPAN
modules to the perl tree, including:
        
        Business-CreditCard
        Crypt-CBC
        Crypt-CBCeasy
        Crypt-Rijndael
        DBD-Oracle
        Data-UUID
        MD5
        MQSeries
        Mail-CheckUser
        Net-Daemon
        Proc-Daemon
        Proc-Simple
        Text-Banner
        OpenviewMessage


Would there be interest in new gentoo ebuilds for some or all of these
modules? If so, how would I go about submitting them?
