well it would be a dualboot between osten and linux - so even if i couldnt run linux on the machine for a little while, not all would be lost... plus my employer gives me 3000 towards the purchase of any machine, and the rest is a write off since i use my laptop for a work machine :) my main reason for wanting the 17incher is to be able to completely remove my need for a desktop... i dont game, and i dont ever sit infront of a desk when i do work...so the ability to have that large of a screen would be really nice :) -sean -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
