Seriously, saying that "if I defend myself, I would win" is a pretty crappy defence. I'm not saying Daniel is wrong and Zach is right, but I think Daniel would regain some of the confidenceof the user community he might have lost, if he defended himself.

Also, I think it is high time that gentoo goes non-profit. Gentoo has a very strong community, and I feel that the core of that community should not be a for-profit company.
