An answer, and a couple questions: 1. check your /etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf. Make sure that @_HOSTNAME_ is actually replaced with a FQDN. While you're in there, check out the other stuff too and make sure it's correct. 2. What MTA (if at all) are you running? 3.
