Unmount the drive a.s.a.p after you deleted the file
Absolutely clear.
Make a backup of the partition run reiserfsck --rebuild-tree --scan-whole-partition remount. Copy the deleted file to another partition Re-"install" the backup
Something like that.
Well better than no way. It's an enourmous procedure, especially if one has huge amounts of data on a modern (big) harddisk, but in fact i rarely need such recovery operations (once in a few years), so this is at least a way.
