Well, AFAIK the nvidia driver works fine, but you need the necessary patches from www.minion.de. The conextant winmodem driver - I'm really not suer about that one, but I wouldn't bet on it :-(
Anyway, If your system si up-to-date then all you should need is the module-init-tools package.
