What I cant understand is that why isnt the exceelent supermount being used for removable media in gentoo, it makes using cd's easy, you simply inert the cd and the os auto mounts it, and you can eject the cd when you want, there is no need to unmount it manually before ejecting it. Its really a good thing on desktop system to have.
