I mostly agree, but I would add a rule for 'exsiting' members as well. If we are going to bitch about somebody not checking archives before asking for help, we should come up with a better answer than "learn to google, dumbass"! ;-> Something like: -- Topic already discussed....in great detail. If you haven't already done so, search the archives.
