Basically, that's my question.  If something in the past was done
automatically, I may not know it was even done.  If I don't know, then I
also don't know if I need to do anything to keep things working the way
they are now.  My install is a few years old so I don't know what all
has been done automatically or that may have even been done back during
the install process.  I just know that I use the middle one, at least I
have set the link to my time zone, and the last one may be related but
not sure on that. 

Now to read Neil's reply too.
