But is there any way to be sure?  I may have but not remember doing it.

I wasn't even thinking about openrc or anything.  I was just following
the news item and the fact I'm not sure if it even applies to me or
not.  I know I set my time zone during the install but not sure if that
is what it is talking about either.  It doesn't sound like it, but I'm
not sure. 

Going to do the upgrade and see what happens.  I guess a downgrade will
put me back to where I was.
