It was a few years ago, so no longer have the logs.
The outage was around 30 minutes (which I still consider a short time) and 
even after a few weeks, the emails didn't appear.

I no longer have this issue as I have 2 MXs in different datacenters.

I am also not willing to disable both MXs to see if this still occurs.
