Right click at the top of the window where the menu bar usually is to select 
showing the menu at the top edge of the window all the time, or press F10 if 
you want to retain the hamburger menu, but want to view/access the old menu 
bar once.

I can't recall if I ever used it and I don't know how it would work with 
Seamonkey.  Some import tools can take a lot of time, especially if they are 
downloading messages from a public server and the server is throttling 
traffic.  If you are looking at your locally stored message folders I think it 
should be instantaneous.
