You should export the public and private keys, but from what I recall you need 
to export them separately.  Going from memory here, the public keys at least 
need to be exported as armored ASCII.

You can try:

gpg --export --armor --output my_public_keys.asc

gpg --export-secret-keys --armor --output my_secret_key.asc

Then try to import these in T'bird using the RNP tool.
