Wikipedia is going to DELETE the hydrological geoengineering article as they say that the name is not found outside wikipedia (well spotted, I made it up). To stop this, I need to know what the PROPER term (used in the literature) for such projects are. In the meantime, I will probably have to move all the content onto the main geoeng page to preserve it - sorry if it then loos a bit cluttered.
