Everything unfortunately is a long uphill slog because everybody is very
busy and enamored with their own beliefs and ideas. Also, humans are herd
animals and nobody likes to stray too far from the herd for fear that the
lions will attack.

The geoengineering google group has a bunch of people some of whom are
well-connected and many of whom will be sympathetic to your point of view. I
would try that path. You may find some allies there that will help you to
find a broader audience.
