Hi All

There exists in Scotland a Royal Society of Edinburgh which has similar
aims and organization as another society with a similar name in London.
It has decided to call for submissions on climate change. Details are as
follows:

*RSE Inquiry into Facing up to Climate Change
*The Royal Society of Edinburgh has launched an inquiry into how we can
best respond to climate change in Scotland. Evidence from Fellows is now
invited. Details of the issues being looked at can be found on the
Inquiry pages of the RSE website at
www.royalsoced.org.uk/enquiries/climate_change/index.htm
<http://www.workwithus.org/CampaignHelper/EmailLinkRedirect.aspx?param=Wg8JDquI7jCREza2ysYv9qpwF%2fcVWfjm>

Submissions should be sent to Dr Marc Rands - [email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]> - and should be under four pages in
length. In order to disseminate the evidence received, it is the
intention to publish written submissions on the RSE website. Please let
Dr Rands know if you would prefer to keep your written submission
confidential.

Although it says that submissions should be under four pages in length
there seems to be no limit to the number of submissions that each person
can make so the more versatile of us can let rip. The deadline is 1 May
2010 so we have plenty of time. There are no engineers on the panel.
