My Clive Confusion continues.  He doesn't think we can be trusted to 
research and manage climate manipulation, but thinks we have to investigate 
and evaluate SRM?

I understand (but don't agree with) the view that we can't be trusted to 
employ geoengineering but we will definitely do it sometime in the next few 
decades out of desperation, but this seems to go beyond that.
