Dr. Salter et al.,

I am proposing a coupling of Advanced Marine Biomass production with Marine
Cloud Brightening so as to provide both physical and economic support for
MCB operation as it is applied to both SRM and hurricane mitigation
missions.

This this coupled technology approach is currently being proposed to a
small handful of organizations that support high-risk/high-payoff concepts.
