[geonet]: 4.2 vs 4.3

Dear Greg:

        Are there any bug fixes or functionality improvements in version 4.3 that
apply to version 4.2?  I think many of us do not need the extra bells and
whistles of version 4.3 or simply cannot afford to upgrade but would still
like to receive that for which we have already paid.

Please make a final service pack release for version 4.2.
