In Target you can do the following: 1. Right-click on the longitude or latitude channel header cell and select edit. 2. The Edit Channel dialog will open. You will probably see that the Display format within is “Hexidecimal” (i.e. decimal degrees). 3. Change the Display format to “Geographic”, your data will then be converted to degrees minutes seconds.
