Thanks David. I noticed the details in the readme, ubuntu packaging notes and manual installer script. I’ll wait for the announcement to proceed.
Our intent is to create a OpenStack cloud image of GeoNode that we’d be more than happy to contribute back to the community – access to a github repo? There's a script included in the 1.1RC1 tar archive (which technically has not yet been released, should be tomorrow as today is a holiday in the US) which automates the setup process, and a README.rst file describing its use. We also will be making an experimental debian package available at the time of the actual RC1 announcement (or soon thereafter.) -- David Winslow OpenGeo - http://opengeo.org/ On Mon, Sep 5, 2011 at 3:51 AM, <[email protected]> wrote: Please advise of the latest docs to deploy on Ubuntu – tried the 1.1RC1 following http://docs.geonode.org/1.0-RC3/index.html but with little success (diff files in the package).
