The GML2 document points back to the GML2 DescribeFeatureType, that does not include the name attribute in the schema, so it's invalid. Ah, btw, where is the GML2 treatment of "name" configuration? And by the same token, shouldn't we have an equivalent GML3 one? Whether to use topp:name or gml:name against simple features seems like an arbitrary choice to me, what was the reason to do that?
