Ok, that controls the output of GetFeature, but the issue here seems to be
the output of DescribeFeatureType, which does not have the name attribute
when it should be there

Scratching head... 2.0.2 does not use gml:name, uses topp:name, but afaik
it passed cite tests. Did the tests change in the meantime?
