Of course I will maintain this module (as long as I have a mandate from
OpenGeo to do so).
The question is if we migrate the CAS module to an extension before 2.2.0
or afterward. Before 2.2.0 is less complicated but if this is not possible,
I will disable the CAS configuration GUI.
Please let know, I will coordinate the work with Justin.
