Christian, i can help with this. This should be pretty straight forward
since as originally written the security plugins were already designed to
be extensions, and outside the core module.
@Christian: Let me know if you want to do this? Otherwise i will start the
reshuffling probably tomorrow. Hoping for a release later this week.
