This is normal, but the code should try to ask the server for the same srs
you asked to GeoServer, if supported.
We never supported choosing which srs you make requests to the remote
server into.

This is new to me, no idea what a GetSchemaExtension is. Jody should be
more familiar with the code,
I've just hammered it enough to make it work in the common cases
