Currently this is quite dangerous. If for any reason this variable has no
values (and this may happens quite often when using most of the GeoServer
extensions redefining PropertyConfigurers) basically there's a clash
between GeoServer and GWC contexts. Also most of the REST calls won't work
due to path clashes.
