looks like a great opportunity for collaboration, but the vague timing has
me worried.
Like, if the JTS stuff and consequent GeoTools upgrade happen one day
before release, that leaves no time for Nuno to react.
I guess Nuno could work off snapshot JTS versions, how stable is the
current API? Can we do anything to expedite
the JTS changes?
