Wrong assumption, check the code, if it's not readily available the version
with the desired dimensions is built on the fly.
Doing otherwise would have littered the code with even more ifs (there are
enough checking if the sequence is a Lite one already).
I suggest you check call points method by method, I gave you examples, but
if you want to get rid of LiteCoordinateSequence in GeoTools, you'll have
to cover it all.
