Hi,

I found some trouble with the built-in plugin, basically it got confused by the /geoserver prefix. I have fixed it and will hopefully commit it tomorrow, can you check a nightly build of 2.0.x (stable branch) on Wednesday?

TMS assumes one pyramid, one format per named layer. GWC can do more, so there's a convention of layern...@epsgcode@format. The individual tiles are Z/X/Y.extension

There's a link to the root document from http://localhost:8080/geoserver/gwc

Geoservists,

I have a GeoServer 2.0.2 that seems very nicely to be doing what it should on the WMS, and WFS side of things.

Super-basic OpenLayers page lets me get a layer through GeoWebCache (also very nicely out of the box), but like any good piranha I want more.

I'd like to be able to request tiles in the x/y/z.png format -- I understand this is the "TMS" schema. Is this possible with the out-of-the-box GWC on GeoServer (configured through a GetCapabilities to my WMS)?

Does it require specific configurations to the GWC bit?

Any pointers much appreciated!
