I finally got a nightly snapshot set up on my test-bed (~Thursday) which
included the GWC/TMS fix you mentioned ~mid month. Thanks a ton man . It
works a treat!

There was a bit of confusion early on a) because I was tired/drunk and b)
because I couldn't find out where GWC was writing to. It started out in:
C:\geoserver-2.0-SNAPSHOT\webapps\geoserver\data\gwc
But possibly because data_dir/gwc didn't exist. I'm sorry I worked through
this too impetuously and didn't note down the exact conditions, but ~some
time~ after creating the "traditional" cache dir as
C:\geoserver-2.0-SNAPSHOT\data_dir\gwc, things started going as planned.
Any ideas why? Should a SNAPSHOT becoming an full-fledged release include
data_dir/gwc by default?
