thanks for your advice. I am very aware that mySQL's spatial 
capabilities are limited in comparison to PostGIS (I used PostGIS for 
the last few years whenever I had the choice). But in this project the 
setting is about CMS/GIS integration and we want to use Joomla as CMS 
(as it is the most well-know CMS in Indonesia and the most easy to learn 
too), Joomla uses mySQL as database and therefore... So I will go on 
trying. The mail from nyem (from 17/10/2011 10:35) gives me some hope . :)
