They just have to be unique, you don't need to follow the same format

The only supported way is GUI or RESTConfig, doing it directly on the
file system is not supported. What this means is that we can change the
on disk format at any time without giving warning (though normally
large changes occur only once a year with new, and the only time
we changed the format for good, we flipped the major version from 1 to 2).
