Nope, you are not misunderstanding it.
There must be something going on, because given the same geometry it's not
possible that those filters
match at the same time on the same geometry, if geometryType = polygon only
the first filter should match.
You should provide me with a dump of the database, the full sld, and the wms
request
for further analysis (and wait, I would do this in my spare time, which is
already fully booked
for at least a couple of weekends)
