Your log contains: "The GEOSERVER_HOME environment variable is not 
defined correctly.
Temporarily setting GEOSERVER_HOME to the following directory:
C:\geoserver"

The other error messages indicate that you have no data directory.

What are the values of your GEOSERVER_HOME and GEOSERVER_DATA_DIR 
environment variables, if set?
