To be honest I don't know what the hell is going on but it's driving me crazy...
According to what I've searched on the web and in GeoServer's SRS database
there're minor differences but seem to be crucial

As you can see in the AXIS part there're two differences.
Well, I've created in the epsg.properties a new entry called 9999 with the data
taken from the web spatialreference , set the declared SRS to my custom CRS,
set FORCED TO DECLARED and it works!
I don't understand anything...

I can confirm the two are identical, the "reprojection console" in GeoServer is
giving me back
the identity transform going from one to the other.
Deformed labels sounds strange... are you using GWC with "full wms" enabled, to
serve wms
requests out of cached tiles?
One possible reason for label deformation could be that your requests are not
matching up the
cached tiles exactly.
Care to share an example of how the deformed labels look?
