Hi David,
something is not adding up... you cannot get two different label
representations
due to projection changes, as the geometries get reprojected before
painting the
labels, so the label might move, but cannot change the way it looks, the
font, size and so on is the same.
Not sure what's going on there, could be some caching effect client side?
What if you clean the cache, or use a different browser that never got
those tiles?
It would be also good to see the WMS requests, and if you can, the HTTP
response
headers.
Also, can you check you're making requests directly to GeoServer, and not
though
some proxy that GeoNode might have setup? (sorry, pretty ignorant about
GeoNode).
Speaking of which, which version of GeoServer is that? I believe stable
GeoNode
releases are still shipping with a very old (and unsupported) GeoServer
version.
